My coaching draws on twenty years of Zen practice, ordained priesthood, and progressive leadership roles within San Francisco Zen Center—serving as temple director, CFO, and now President. My earlier careers in technology and finance, combined with navigating the deeper questions that arise in sustained practice, inform how I work with individuals facing leadership challenges, career transitions, and the places where expertise alone falls short.

We work together on whatever is most alive for you right now — a leadership challenge, a difficult decision, a transition you're navigating. Sessions are open and responsive, shaped by what you bring.
A more structured approach using modules I've developed, designed to help you step back from the immediate and work through deeper patterns. Each module builds on the last, creating a framework you can return to long after our sessions end.
